Welcome to Wenona Lake House!
Wenona Lake House is located only fifteen minutes outside of the town of Haliburton on Wenona Lake. This lake is great for fishing, swimming, and exploring with water toys. Wenona Lake House has five bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living rooms, a beautiful fireplace in the upstairs living room, one fireplace downstairs, and exceptional views of the lake. There is a second fridge/freezer for your convenience as well. This cottage has a beautiful southwestern exposure, sandy/pebble shallow walk-in waterfront but deep enough off the dock to cannonball in. You can explore the lake with two sit-on kayaks & a canoe that are provided for your use. The outdoor amenities are countless here. There is a hot tub, trampoline, washer toss, bean bag toss, bocce ball, and children's sand toys. Inside you can enjoy multiple board games and puzzles, and or curl up on the couch with the fireplace running and enjoy a hot tea and a book. You can also sit inside the large screened-in porch and enjoy listening to the nature that is surrounding you. If your looking to do some shopping or would like to enjoy a dinner date Haliburton is only a short drive away. Come and enjoy everything that Wenona Lake House has to offer!

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a property rental must be in writing. We will put the rental back on the market and always make an extensive effort to rebook with another client.
Cancellation 31+ days prior to rental date
If the Vacationer cancels 31 days or more prior to the reservation start date AND Haliburton Cottage Rentals is not able to re-rent the cottage for the same dates (or more), the Vacationer will forfeit one-third of the full rental amount plus a 10% processing fee.
If when the property is returned to the rental market and subsequently rented for the same amount as in the original Vacationer Agreement, Haliburton Cottage Rentals will refund the deposit, less a 10% booking fee.
Cancellation 30 days or less prior to rental date
If the Vacationer cancels 30 days or less prior to the reservation start date AND Haliburton Cottage Rentals is not able to re-rent the cottage for the same dates (or more), the Vacationer will forfeit the full rental fee.
Deposit Policy
Deposits are due within 24 - 48 hours.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.
