Welcome to Elegant Log Charm!
This well-appointed stunning newly renovated cottage is the perfect place to enjoy a week in the Highlands. With northern exposure and a clear view of the lake, you can sit back relax and enjoy the privacy and nature surrounding you. Elegant Log Charm has a beautiful waterfront with a shallow sandy area to walk in the water or if you prefer you can jump off the end of the dock. There are countless outdoor amenities including badminton, Football Toss and you can get your workout in with the TRX bands. Explore the lake with the two paddle boards, two kayaks, or a canoe that is provided for you and the children can enjoy hours of fun on the water trampoline and lily pad. Inside the cottage, there are incredible views throughout with a comfortable living room, a beautiful kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The indoor kitchen table extends to add an additional 2 seats. There is also a picnic table on the lower deck if you'd like to eat outdoors! If the children prefer to sleep in the bunkie there are two single bunk beds making it the ultimate slumber party! On a rainy day, you can enjoy a variety of board games including Monopoly, Scrabble, Trivial Pursuit, and many more. Or, curl up on the comfy couch and enjoy a coffee from the provided Nespresso machine. A minute's drive you will find yourself in the town of Gooderham where there is an LCBO outlet, a convince store, and a delightful restaurant. Or if you would like to pick up some groceries and do some gift shopping the town of Haliburton is only a short twenty-minute drive. Come and explore Gooderham Lake at Elegant Log Charm!

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a property rental must be in writing. We will put the rental back on the market and always make an extensive effort to rebook with another client.
Cancellation 31+ days prior to rental date
If the Vacationer cancels 31 days or more prior to the reservation start date AND Haliburton Cottage Rentals is not able to re-rent the cottage for the same dates (or more), the Vacationer will forfeit one-third of the full rental amount plus a 10% processing fee.
If when the property is returned to the rental market and subsequently rented for the same amount as in the original Vacationer Agreement, Haliburton Cottage Rentals will refund the deposit, less a 10% booking fee.
Cancellation 30 days or less prior to rental date
If the Vacationer cancels 30 days or less prior to the reservation start date AND Haliburton Cottage Rentals is not able to re-rent the cottage for the same dates (or more), the Vacationer will forfeit the full rental fee.
Deposit Policy
Deposits are due within 24 - 48 hours.
