Welcome to Leary’s Lakehouse, the perfect vacation rental for families looking to create unforgettable memories. Our newly renovated four-bedroom, one-bath cottage is warm and inviting, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere for everyone.
Located on a flat-level lot, you can enjoy a walk-in sand beach and an incredible bunkie with a kitchenette, king-size bed, and loft. It's the ultimate spot for all generations to gather and spend quality time together. With a custom kitchen that boasts top-of-the-line appliances and granite countertops, a brand new washer and dryer, a crib, and a highchair on site, we have thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Our large deck is the perfect place to take in the stunning view of Gull Lake and to enjoy meals together at the outdoor dining table and couch. Minden Hills is only a short fifteen-minute drive away, offering delicious restaurants, gas stations, and stores.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a property rental must be in writing. We will put the rental back on the market and always make an extensive effort to rebook with another client.
Cancellation 31+ days prior to rental date
If the Vacationer cancels 31 days or more prior to the reservation start date AND Haliburton Cottage Rentals is not able to re-rent the cottage for the same dates (or more), the Vacationer will forfeit one-third of the full rental amount plus a 10% processing fee.
If when the property is returned to the rental market and subsequently rented for the same amount as in the original Vacationer Agreement, Haliburton Cottage Rentals will refund the deposit, less a 10% booking fee.
Cancellation 30 days or less prior to rental date
If the Vacationer cancels 30 days or less prior to the reservation start date AND Haliburton Cottage Rentals is not able to re-rent the cottage for the same dates (or more), the Vacationer will forfeit the full rental fee.
Deposit Policy
Deposits are due within 24 - 48 hours.
