With a coveted south-east exposure, our cottage basks in the gentle morning sun, providing the perfect setting for your lakeside mornings. Percy Lake's clean, quiet, and deep waters beckon you for swimming, fishing, and boating adventures. Imagine sipping your morning coffee on the dock, the crisp air and the gentle lapping of the lake creating a symphony of tranquility.
The cottage comfortably accommodates up to six guests, making it an ideal spot for a family vacation or a getaway with friends. Inside, you'll find two cozy bedrooms, each with a queen bed for a restful night's sleep. Need more space? The bunkie offers two additional bunk beds, one with a double bed on the bottom /single on top, and the second set of bunk beds offers two single beds. providing a unique and fun sleeping arrangement. A clean and well-appointed bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink ensures your comfort during your stay.
Our cottage is equipped with all the amenities you'll need for a seamless stay. The open-concept living area is perfect for relaxing and bonding, while the two refrigerators ensure you have enough storage for all your culinary delights. Whether you're a barbecue enthusiast or a coffee lover, the deck and the kitchen offer everything you need. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a property rental must be in writing. We will put the rental back on the market and always make an extensive effort to rebook with another client.
Cancellation 31+ days prior to rental date
If the Vacationer cancels 31 days or more prior to the reservation start date AND Haliburton Cottage Rentals is not able to re-rent the cottage for the same dates (or more), the Vacationer will forfeit one-third of the full rental amount plus a 10% processing fee.
If when the property is returned to the rental market and subsequently rented for the same amount as in the original Vacationer Agreement, Haliburton Cottage Rentals will refund the deposit, less a 10% booking fee.
Cancellation 30 days or less prior to rental date
If the Vacationer cancels 30 days or less prior to the reservation start date AND Haliburton Cottage Rentals is not able to re-rent the cottage for the same dates (or more), the Vacationer will forfeit the full rental fee.

Deposits are due within 24 - 48 hours.
