Soyers Elegant Escape is a tranquil haven on the shores of Soyers Lake, offering 4000 square feet of relaxation with southern exposure and direct beach access. Accommodating up to 12 guests, this spacious retreat includes six bedrooms with eight beds: three bedrooms upstairs, two on the main level, and one in the lower level, making it ideal for families with children. Just 2.5 hours from Toronto, Soyers Elegant Escape is centrally located between Minden and Haliburton on a 5-lake chain. Nearby amenities include the Bonnieview Inn with its restaurant and live music, a boating marina, and various restaurants. Guests can boat into Haliburton town for more dining options. The area offers excellent fishing for pike, bass, and lake trout and is close to Blairhampton Golf for golf enthusiasts.
Nature enthusiasts will love the vast outdoor spaces, blending indoor and outdoor living with large windows that bring the picturesque landscape inside. Guests can explore four acres of marked walking, snowshoeing, and four-wheeling trails, paddle to a pirate island, or enjoy water sports with canoes, kayaks, and paddleboards. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a property rental must be in writing. We will put the rental back on the market and always make an extensive effort to rebook with another client.
Cancellation 31+ days prior to rental date
If the Vacationer cancels 31 days or more prior to the reservation start date AND Haliburton Cottage Rentals is not able to re-rent the cottage for the same dates (or more), the Vacationer will forfeit one-third of the full rental amount plus a 10% processing fee.
If when the property is returned to the rental market and subsequently rented for the same amount as in the original Vacationer Agreement, Haliburton Cottage Rentals will refund the deposit, less a 10% booking fee.
Cancellation 30 days or less prior to rental date
If the Vacationer cancels 30 days or less prior to the reservation start date AND Haliburton Cottage Rentals is not able to re-rent the cottage for the same dates (or more), the Vacationer will forfeit the full rental fee.
Deposit Policy
