This stunning cottage rental is situated on the serene and picturesque Growler Lake in Haliburton. With over 520 feet of water frontage, the property offers excellent privacy with 45+ acres of surrounding forest, ensuring a peaceful and tranquil stay. The views from the cottage are spectacular!
The cottage boasts four spacious bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom, ensuring comfortable accommodation for up to ten guests. Guests have the option in bedroom 2 of having a king bed or splitting into twin beds. This is a great feature for families to ensure there is a bed for everyone.
The multiple living rooms provide ample space for relaxation, while the open-concept kitchen is perfect for entertaining, allowing the chef to socialize while preparing meals.
The large screened-in porch and deck offer breathtaking views of the lake and are perfect for unwinding after a day of outdoor activities. The property offers a range of amenities, including kayaks and a canoe for exploring the lake, as well as fishing, badminton, and a mini-foosball table.
Guests can also take advantage of the surrounding area's attractions, including the Haliburton Wolf Centre, Haliburton Forest & Wildlife Reserve, and the Haliburton Sculpture Forest, among others.
Inside, guests can enjoy board games, two flat-screen TVs, a DVD player, and a Bose radio and CD player, while outside, the large lawn area is perfect for children to play and run. Guests can also relax on the deck or dock boasting a western exposure and take in the stunning sunsets, roast marshmallows in the fire pit, or curl up beside the wood fireplace on colder evenings.
The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including two sinks, three ovens, a stovetop with a lake view, and a wine fridge, among other amenities. The round table in the dining area can expand to accommodate up to 10-12 seats. A Napoleon gas BBQ is also provided on the upper deck by the dining room, making outdoor cooking a breeze.
Treetops II offers ample parking and features forced air heating, electric and manual awnings, a three-season window/wall porch, and a separate sunset dock. Whether you are looking for a relaxing retreat or an adventure-filled vacation, Treetops II offers something for everyone.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a property rental must be in writing. We will put the rental back on the market and always make an extensive effort to rebook with another client.
Cancellation 31+ days prior to rental date
If the Vacationer cancels 31 days or more prior to the reservation start date AND Haliburton Cottage Rentals is not able to re-rent the cottage for the same dates (or more), the Vacationer will forfeit one-third of the full rental amount plus a 10% processing fee.
If when the property is returned to the rental market and subsequently rented for the same amount as in the original Vacationer Agreement, Haliburton Cottage Rentals will refund the deposit, less a 10% booking fee.
Cancellation 30 days or less prior to rental date
If the Vacationer cancels 30 days or less prior to the reservation start date AND Haliburton Cottage Rentals is not able to re-rent the cottage for the same dates (or more), the Vacationer will forfeit the full rental fee.
Deposit Policy
Deposits are due within 24 - 48 hours.
